Hyundai HY3800L-2 3.2kW / 4.00kVa* Site Generator

The Hyundai HY3800L-2 is a 3.2 kW / 4 kVA site generator — a recoil-start, frame-mounted set for working ground.

Site specification means the frame and guarding are built for handling rather than carrying, and the machine is intended to live in a van or on a compound rather than in a workshop. At 4 kVA it covers a couple of hand tools with task lighting, or a small welfare unit.

Recoil start keeps the price and the maintenance down, with the trade-off that starting a cold engine takes some effort. If you would rather have electric start at the same rating, the HY3800LEK-2 is the equivalent — tell us which suits and we will confirm, or see the sizing guide.
