A WPP1000 custom power module rated at 1000 kW / 1250 kVA prime, powered by a Caterpillar 3512 DITA engine at 1800 rpm producing 1482 hp. Engine serial 24Z00614, Caterpillar SR4 generator end, serial 5WN02277, single bearing, frame size 824.

Configured at 480 V, 60 Hz, 0.80 power factor, six leads. That is United States specification. UK mains is 50 Hz at 400 V, so this set cannot be paralleled with or used as standby for a UK mains supply as configured. It can serve an isolated 60 Hz load, or be re-governed and re-rated for 50 Hz operation — talk to us before ordering so we can confirm what that involves for your site.

Rated for prime duty rather than standby, meaning it is built for sustained running rather than occasional emergency use.

Fitted with electronic governor, radiator cooling, engine-mounted instrument panel and jacket water heater.
