This unit is configured for 60 Hz operation; UK mains runs at 50 Hz. Heating elements and other resistive loads are largely indifferent to frequency, but motors run around 20% slower on 50 Hz and timer or control circuits can be affected. A Shindaiwa DGK180F portable generator set rated at 144 kW / 180 kVA prime, in a factory acoustic enclosure. Isuzu BQ-6HL1X engine, serial 998190, with a YAMABIKO SSG+3025GI generator end. Package serial D18401000233.

Configured at 60 Hz, 0.80 power factor, twelve leads, multiple voltage selection, with a 500 A circuit breaker. 60 Hz is United States specification; UK mains runs at 50 Hz. The twelve-lead multi-voltage arrangement gives reconnection flexibility, but confirm the target voltage and frequency with us before ordering.

The factory enclosure matters where the set runs near occupied buildings or where site noise limits apply — retrofitting acoustic housing later is rarely cheaper than buying it enclosed.

Equipment includes electronic governor, jacket water heater, fuel/water separator, battery charger, rack and cables, charging alternator, coolant level sensor, emergency stop and mounted exhaust silencer.
